CCTV footage adds twist in Karachi missing girl case

Karachi (HRNW) A recent closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera footage shows that the 14-year-old girl missing from Karachi consensually got in a vehicle that supposedly came to pick her up.

It has been the sixth day but the teenage girl who went missing in Karachi’s Golden Town area in the jurisdiction of Al Falah police station on April 16 has not been traced.

A CCTV footage shows that around sehri time, a white vehicle came to pick the victim up, and she got in it. Earlier, the parents had claimed that their daughter had gone to dump garbage around noon of April 16 and never returned.

Earlier in the day, it trended on social media that the victim has been recovered from Sanghar city in Sindh during a police raid.

However, the teenager’s father confirmed with Bol News that the minor girl who was recovered during the raid was not his daughter.
